The six sessions

  1. Get fluent

    How to actually talk to Claude: role, context and the output you want. And how to make it check its own work before you trust it.

  2. Make it know you

    Build your starter brain. Claude learns your business, your projects and your voice, and connects to your email, calendar and files. You stop re-explaining yourself.

  3. Your first skill

    Take the task that eats your hours and capture it once, properly, so Claude can do it every time. Tested on your real work until you trust it.

  4. Put it on autopilot

    Chain tasks together and put them on a schedule. Your morning brief and end-of-day summary write themselves.

  5. Build with it

    Describe a simple tool in plain English and watch it get built. Give it a memory so it stores and remembers.

  6. Ship it and prove it

    Put what you built live. Then the honest audit: what actually saved hours? Keep the two or three things that stuck, and leave with a 90-day plan.
