Round two. Five Thursdays, from beginner to using it properly. Taught on Claude, and everything you learn also works in ChatGPT and Codex.

Round one sold out the day before it started, so here's round two. Five hands-on sessions that take you from never having touched Claude to running your day-to-day work with it. Small group, your own laptop, your own real work. No experience needed.

We teach on Claude because it's what we run theHUB on. The skills are the same whichever assistant you end up using: the way you brief it, the way you make it know your business, the way you turn a repeated task into something it does for you. Bring Claude or ChatGPT and you'll get the same course.

What you need before you book

  • A laptop that runs the latest desktop app of Claude or Codex (ChatGPT). Download it and sign in before you book: Claude or Codex.
  • A paid account on one of them, Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus. The paid tier is what connects it to your email, calendar and files.
  • A laptop you can install apps on. Not a tablet, not a Chromebook, and not a locked work laptop.

  1. Get fluent Thu 29 Oct

    How to actually brief it: role, context and the output you want. Then how to make it check its own work before you trust it.

  2. Make it know you Thu 5 Nov

    Your brain folder, your preferences and a Project for your business, so every new chat already knows you. Then your email, calendar and files connected.

  3. Your email assistant Thu 12 Nov

    It drafts replies in your voice, checks itself, and runs every morning before you open your inbox.

  4. Your weekly task on autopilot Thu 26 Nov

    The task you'd happily never do again becomes a skill, gets run on your real work, then goes on a schedule.

  5. Your problem, solved Thu 3 Dec

    Bring the problem that costs you most. One-to-one time in the room to get it working, then you keep what works and leave with a 90-day plan.

What you leave with

  1. A working setup on your own accounts

    Not notes. By the end of session two your assistant knows your business, your projects and your voice, and is connected to your email, calendar and files.

  2. An email assistant that runs every morning

    Drafts in your voice, checked before you see them.

  3. One weekly task off your plate

    Captured once as a skill, tested on live material, then put on a schedule.

  4. Your biggest problem, worked on one-to-one

    The last session is yours. Bring the real thing and leave with it working.

  5. The prompts, templates and setup guide

    Every session has its own page with each prompt ready to copy, so it's yours to keep working from.

  6. The one-page AI policy

    Green just go, yellow ask first, red never. A human name on everything that leaves the building.
